is of the two brothers from a band called Tokio Hotel. They are a German Band, that I first saw on the MTV Music Video Awards...I thought he was a she but then he started talking.

ok, whew. At first I thought you had posted Posh Spice in her Halloween costume. Now that I find out that "she" in the picture is a man, well....makes me a little disturbed! xo
i know that's exactly how i felt when i realize it was a boy...not even a man he's only like 16 or 17 maybe 18
